Do I need a ticket?

All attendees must have a ticket to pass the security checkpoints, either printed or presented on a mobile device.

How do I return tickets?

As soon as possible, please return any tickets you will not be using. When you return your tickets electronically, we can quickly make them available for others who are waiting. Instructions are included in the ticket confirmation email.

What if I don’t have a ticket? 

We admit anyone without a ticket at 10 minutes before showtime to claim any seats not yet filled by ticket holders.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 60-90 minutes prior to showtime to allow sufficient time to navigate parking and security as well as to get your place in line for seating.

• Enter Security with your entire party. It is extremely difficult to find others or share tickets once you’ve entered or passed the security checkpoints.
• Enter Auditorium and find seats with your entire party. It creates a great deal of confusion and frustration when people attempt to save seats for guests who have not yet arrived. This is also unfair to those who have been waiting patiently.

What should I bring (or NOT bring)? 

All large bags will be inspected, so we ask that you leave unessential items at home or in your car.

Can I get special seating?

Early seating will be available for parties needing handicap accommodations or with other special circumstances. Please arrive at least 60 minutes before showtime. There will be signage and hosts at the security checkpoints to assist you. Once the doors to the auditorium open, no further special accommodations can be made.

What if the weather is bad?

Any cancellation or other emergency communication will be via the email address you use to get your tickets. We also attempt to notify via local broadcast media, our website, our social media channels, and our mobile app.

Will the show be available online?

The production will be broadcast via the Northwoods Online Campus on December 21 at 3 & 7pm and December 22 at 11am, 3 & 7pm.

Is childcare available?

Ministry is available for free for children ages birth—3.
