Christmas At Northwoods – Volunteers

Join our team in creating a welcoming Christmas experience for our church family and guests this Christmas season! We have various ways to serve, each playing a vital role in sharing God’s love.

Welcome & Hospitality

• Greeters/Ticket Takers – Welcome guests and assist with ticket collection
• Line Direction – Guide guests through our facility
• Connection Cafe – Create a warm atmosphere while serving refreshments
• Complimentary Coffee – Prepare and serve coffee to our guests
• Cookie Servers – Share Christmas joy by distributing cookies
• Christmas Elf – Spread cheer through candy distribution and portrait assistance

Seating & Support

• Main Floor & Balcony Ushers – Guide guests to seats and assist with offerings
• Assisted Seating – Provide extra care for guests needing assistance
• Main Floor & Balcony Candlelighters – Help create our meaningful candlelight experience

Guest Comfort & Convenience

• Parking – Welcome guests and help traffic flow smoothly
• Golf Cart Drivers – Provide transportation from parking to entrance
• Ticket Booth – Assist with ticket distribution and service information
• Gifts – Help organize and distribute special end-of-service gifts

Special Projects

• Outdoor Christmas Lights – Help transform our campus with beautiful Christmas lights and decorations

All roles include training and support from experienced volunteers and staff members. Select your preferred serving opportunity when completing the registration. Please note that the time you register for is the time you need to arrive.
