The Getaway 2024

All students in grades 8-12 are invited to our annual fall retreat, The Getaway! This year we will be heading to Lake Williamson Christian Center in Carlinville, Illinois. The Getaway will be from Friday, November 1 – Sunday, November 3.

We desire to see students walk away from this weekend with a fuller understanding of the Holy Spirit. We want to take the time to teach and help students understand one of the most essential relationships of our faith.

Students will engage in worship each day along with teaching from our Northwoods staff. They’ll grow deeper in their faith through small group discussions and crew time. Not to mention, have a ton of fun!

Students will enjoy activities such as black light dodgeball, gaga ball, 9 square, optional high ropes course, air hockey, escape rooms, swimming, and much more! Registration includes transportation, all meals, and lodging. Merch, snacks, and special camp activities (noted in registration) are an additional cost. Scholarships are available upon request, please contact Student Life by October 22.
