He said “Go therefore and make disciples, of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you…”(ESV).
We strive to fulfill the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19 that Jesus gave by making disciples of Jesus through biblical teaching as well as reading and discussing the Bible together.
“…. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (ESV) Jesus promised that he would be with us as we fulfill the Great Commission. We desire that everyone can be established in relationships both with Jesus Christ and with other and with other Christians. We facilitate this through live worship, discussion, and intentional social time.
We worship God through music because it provides a simple yet direct way to express our love towards him and to embrace his love for us.
We have discussion around the teaching in groups so that questions we may have about the teaching can be discussed and so we can grow together. If you have a question about the teaching, there is a good chance someone else has a similar question.
We have group social time because it allows us to be more than just fellow attenders but rather friends.
When Christ was here on Earth he showed compassion towards people of all sorts. Not just Jews but all people. When he gave us the Great Commission he said “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” We are resolved for all people to be reached with the Gospel and shown the love of God. We strive to reach others by volunteering together with local Christian organizations that serve the disenfranchised and by engaging with God’s global church to reach the nations.
