If this is your first time volunteering, we will provide you with a navy blue long-sleeved T-shirt on your first night of service. If you've volunteered with us before, you should already have your T-shirt.

We kindly ask that only those who don't have this T-shirt take one, as we have a limited quantity.

Please remember to wear your T-shirt every time you serve, as it will help visitors recognize our volunteers.

Please ensure that you arrive promptly at the time listed in your confirmation email. This allows enough time to enjoy the provided meal, receive instructions, and avoid the large crowds arriving for the production.

Please park in the lot in front of the Prayer Tower & Chapel and enter through the Main Entrance.

All volunteers will meet in the Student Center for a meal and instructions.

When you arrive, check in at a kiosk in the Student Center lobby (which will print a name tag); then find the table marked with your volunteer team name. Please sit with your team at the designated table to receive instructions from your team leader.

Any cancellation or other emergency communication will be via the email address you used to sign up to volunteer. 

We also notify via local TV and radio stations, our website, our Facebook and Instagram channels, and in our mobile app which can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play.
