We strive to provide you with a secure, comfortable experience while visiting our campus. The following policy was developed with your safety in mind.
We kindly ask that no purses, handbags, or backpacks be brought into the building when you arrive for the performance.
The following items will be permitted after the contents have been inspected by our Security Team:
- A small clutch no larger than
4.5" x 6.5" or
a clear bag no larger than
12" x 6" x 12" - A bag used for medically
necessary items - A diaper bag
(with a child 3 or under)

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all attendees must have a General Admission ticket, either printed or presented on a mobile device, to pass the security checkpoints and enter the Auditorium.

There are a limited number of seats for each show and a limited number of shows. We do our best to provide as much ticket availability as possible to our community.

Returned tickets will be made available online for anyone wanting tickets.

If you do not have tickets for a show, that's OK!
Immediately prior to the start of the show, we will admit anyone without a ticket to claim any seats not yet filled by ticket holders.
No, unfortunately we will not be offering childcare this year.
We recommend arriving 60-90 minutes prior to showtime to allow sufficient time to navigate parking and security as well as to get your place in line for seating.
Enter the building and pass a Security checkpoint with your entire party.
- It is extremely difficult to find others or share tickets once you’ve entered or passed the security checkpoints.
Enter the Auditorium and find seats with your entire party.
- It creates a great deal of confusion and frustration when people attempt to save seats for guests who have not yet arrived. This is also unfair to those who have been waiting patiently.

Yes, early seating will be available for guests requiring assistance and one companion. Please arrive at least 60 minutes before showtime. Signage and hosts at the security checkpoints will guide you. You will be allowed to reserve seats for the rest of your party once you are seated in the Auditorium.
Once the doors to the Auditorium open, no further accommodations will be made for seating assistance.
Any cancellation or other emergency communication will be made via the email address you used to get your tickets. Emergency information will also be posted in a red banner at the top of the page you are currently viewing.
We also notify our entire community via local TV and radio stations, our website, our Facebook and Instagram channels, and in our mobile app which can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play.
Yes! The production will stream live December 21 at 11:00 AM on Northwoods Online and on YouTube, Facebook, Roku, and AppleTV. On or after December 23, you can enjoy it on demand any time on our Media Archive or on YouTube.

Yes, the Christmas Production will be recorded in a number of ways, including photography, video, and audio.
Images of guests may be recorded as a part of this process and used by the church for a variety of purposes.
