Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, all attendees must have a General Admission ticket, either printed or presented on a mobile device, to pass the security checkpoints and enter the Auditorium.

How do I get tickets?

Please click here to check on ticket availability.

There are a limited number of seats for each show and a limited number of shows. We do our best to provide as much ticket availability as possible to our community.

How do I return tickets?

Please click here to return any tickets you will not be using.

Returned tickets will be made available online for anyone wanting tickets.

Additional instructions on how to return tickets are included in your ticket confirmation email.

What if I don't have tickets?

If you do not have tickets for a show, that's OK!

Immediately prior to the start of the show, we will admit anyone without a ticket to claim any seats not yet filled by ticket holders.

Is childcare available?

No, unfortunately we will not be offering childcare this year.

When should my party arrive?

We recommend arriving 60-90 minutes prior to showtime to allow sufficient time to navigate parking and security as well as to get your place in line for seating.

Enter the building and pass a Security checkpoint with your entire party.

  • It is extremely difficult to find others or share tickets once you’ve entered or passed the security checkpoints.

Enter the Auditorium and find seats with your entire party.

  • It creates a great deal of confusion and frustration when people attempt to save seats for guests who have not yet arrived. This is also unfair to those who have been waiting patiently.
Is there anything I should not bring?

We kindly ask that no purses, handbags, or backpacks be brought into the building when you arrive for the performance.

The following items will be permitted after the contents have been inspected by our Security Team.

  • A small clutch no larger than
    4.5" x 6.5" or
a clear bag no larger than
    12" x 6" x 12"
  • A bag used for medically
    necessary items
  • A diaper bag
(with a child 3 or under)

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure everyone's safety.

Will there be seating assistance?

Yes, early seating will be available for guests requiring assistance and one companion. Please arrive at least 60 minutes before showtime. Signage and hosts at the security checkpoints will guide you. You will be allowed to reserve seats for the rest of your party once you are seated in the Auditorium.

Once the doors to the Auditorium open, no further accommodations will be made for seating assistance.

What if the weather is bad?

Any cancellation or other emergency communication will be made via the email address you used to get your tickets. Emergency information will also be posted in a red banner at the top of the page you are currently viewing.

We also notify our entire community via local TV and radio stations, our website, our Facebook and Instagram channels, and in our mobile app which can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play.
